** KMR will accept appliances, air conditioners, or motor vehicles that have been emptied of refrigerants only if refrigerants were recovered in accordance with EPA standards, and the supplier signs a statement providing the name and address of the person or company that properly recovered the refrigerant and the date of recovery.
